Delivery:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
UK standard delivery is sent using Royal Mail 2nd class service, Please allow 2-5 working days after dispatch for your order to reach you.
UK Next Day delivery is sent using Royal Mail special delivery service. Your order will arrive at the address provided the next working day, after dispatch. You will be able to track your item with the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
For all overseas orders we will require a phone number and email address as well as a delivery address. Without these there may be a delay to dispatching your order as it is a customs requirement to some countries. This data will only be used for the shipping and customs purposes. You will be able to track your item with the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
Non delivery of items:
If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe please contact us at hello@bettysglamourbox.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
If your item is delayed due to circumstances out of our control we apologise, but bear no responsibility, This may include reasonable explanations such as strike action, road traffic and/or flight delays/held at customs.
If your item is returned to us because you have not collected it or rearranged a delivery, we will refund you the item cost only and will need to reorder.
Personalised items can not be returned.
Please note if you choose to ‘leave delivery in a safe place’ or ‘with a neighbour’ you do so at your own risk. We can not be held accountable if your delivery is lost, stolen or damaged.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on personalised items.
If you wish to return an item please email hello@bettysglamourbox.com and inform us. You may return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We recommend that you use a recorded service to send your order back as we are not accountable for lost or damaged items on their return journey to us.
Please allow upto 14 days for us to process refunds, it may take 3-4 working days to show in your account.
Exchange policy:
We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you require another product please return the original following the above instructions and reorder from our website.
Faulty / damaged goods:
